Most patients experience redness similar to a mild sunburn for 2 to 4 days, although some recover more quickly depending on the treatment depth. Mild dryness or peeling may also occur as your skin heals.
When will I see results?
Your skin may look brighter within the first week, but collagen remodeling is a gradual process. Improvements in texture, firmness, and fine lines continue to develop over the following weeks and months as new collagen forms.
Can I wear makeup after microneedling?
No. Michelle recommends avoiding makeup for at least 12 hours after treatment to allow the skin to heal and maximize absorption of the post-treatment products applied during your procedure.
