If you do not have your procedure done the same day as your consultation, the $75 will be used as a consultation fee. Furthermore, if you cancel your consultation appointment, $10 will be deducted from your deposit as a processing fee. If your appointment is canceled within our 24-hour cancellation policy, or you do not show up for your appointment, your $75 deposit will be forfeited.
