(Please note that a $75 credit card deposit is required for initial visit and Saturday appointments. If your appointment is canceled within our 24-hour cancellation policy, or you do not show up for your appointment, your $75 deposit will be forfeited.)
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved for you and your treatment. We confirm all appointments one day prior in order to prevent “no-shows.” In the event you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require that you notify us 24 hours in advance. If we do not receive this notification, you will be charged our cancellation fee of $75.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. Medical insurance does not cover cosmetic procedures.
